Who processes your data
The data controller is Willy Tran EI, trading as VINGT Consulting (SIREN 992 830 703). For any question: hello@vingtconsulting.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- The « Let's talk » questionnaire: your answers, your name, your email and, if you provide them, your phone number, company name, current website and a message.
- Signing up for our tips by email (footer): your email address.
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is only stored in your browser and is never sent to us. Fonts are served by the website itself.
Why
- The questionnaire: preparing our reply and getting back to you about your project. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Tips by email: sending them to you. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Your data is never sold, rented or used to send you advertising.
How long
Requests sent through the questionnaire are kept for three years after our last exchange, as recommended by the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for prospects. If we work together, related documents (quotes, invoices) are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Your tips sign-up address is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe (link in every email).
Who has access
Only the Vingt team, and the technical providers strictly necessary (website hosting, email), who act on our behalf and cannot use your data for themselves.
Questionnaire requests are sent to us by email, and email tips sign-ups are managed, with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company, data hosted in the European Union), acting as a data processor.
The website host, Vercel Inc., is based in the United States: it records technical logs (IP address, pages requested) to run and secure the website. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, restrict its use or receive a copy of it.
Just write to hello@vingtconsulting.com: we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.
Security
The entire website is served over HTTPS: the information you send is encrypted in transit.
